We are seeking an experienced Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-performing perioperative team delivering exceptional, patient-centered care in an endoscopy setting. This is a day-shift, full-time opportunity ideal for nurses who value collaboration, clinical excellence, and work-life balance.

As a key member of the perioperative care team, you will play an essential role in supporting patients throughout their procedural journey while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compassion.

Clinical Care & Patient Experience

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care using the full nursing process.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations.
• Partner closely with patients and families to ensure clear communication and comfort throughout care.
• Practice in alignment with current clinical standards and best practices.

Teamwork & Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with physicians, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation and safe care delivery.
• Promote a respectful, inclusive, and supportive clinical environment.
• Participate in shared governance, quality initiatives, and performance improvement activities.

Professional Growth & Leadership

• Complete required education, competencies, and ongoing professional development.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to nurses, staff, or students as needed.
• Contribute to evidence-based practice, research, and care innovation.

Quality, Safety & Resources

• Support patient safety initiatives and regulatory standards.
• Assist in protocol development and process improvement efforts.
• Ensure efficient and effective use of clinical resources and supplies.

Required:

• Associate Degree, Nursing Diploma, or higher
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (GA or Multi-State Compact)
• BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)
• ACLS (or ability to obtain within 180 days)

• Minimum 5 years of recent, relevant acute care clinical nursing experience required
• Endoscopy or perioperative experience strongly preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and patient-interaction abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced perioperative environment
• Strong time management, organization, and teamwork skills
• Comfort with EMR systems and clinical technology
• Calm, confident response to clinical emergencies
