As a Senior Sales Representative, you will not only strive for sales excellence but also play a crucial role in guiding and educating our team. Initially, you will establish your sales record, then transition into a mentorship position while continuously maintaining your sales achievements to uphold our principle of leadership by example

- Minimum 3 years of full‑time experience in sales, customer service, or interactive roles.
- Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching.
- Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team.
- Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets.
- Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship.
- Ability to pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
- Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Comprehensive classroom and field training program.
- Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps and a short sales cycle of 3 business days) as well as monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
