** What You’ll Do
*** Lead and manage all sales staff activities to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Train, cross-train, and develop the sales team.
* Monitor daily activities and ensure customer engagement.
* Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.##
** What We’re Looking For
*** Previous automotive sales management experience preferred.
* Proven track record with outstanding CSI scores.
* Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
* Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
