What You’ll Do- Lead and manage all sales staff activities to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Train, cross-train, and develop the sales team.
- Monitor daily activities and ensure customer engagement.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Previous automotive sales management experience preferred.
- Proven track record with outstanding CSI scores.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
