Nelson Exteriors is hiring an In-Home Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners and sell exterior renovation projects across Metro Atlanta. This is a consultative, appointment-based sales role with strong lead flow, paid training, and uncapped earning potential

What You’ll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners (no cold calling)
• Assess exterior renovation needs and recommend solutions
• Present clear, professional proposals and close deals in the home
• Manage your pipeline from consultation to signed contract
• Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Track activity and follow-ups using a tablet-based CRM

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of sales experience (in-home, commissioned, or home improvement preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule
• Willingness to learn construction products and systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift and carry sample materials (up to 60 lbs)
  Comfortable using a tablet and CRM software
• Preferred:
• 3+ years of commissioned or in-home sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
