What You’ll Do:
- Complete apartment repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry)
- Respond to service requests & after-hours emergencies
- Maintain property buildings, grounds & amenities
- Ensure safety, compliance & property upkeep
What We’re Looking For:
- HVAC experience required; EPA Certification preferred
- Previous multifamily/apartment maintenance experience
- Ability to handle on-call rotation & physical tasks
- Basic tools & reliable transportation
