PositionPCI is seeking an experienced Hourly Construction Driver for its PCI Atlanta 101 operations based in Fayetteville, GA
. This individual will be responsible for the following duties:
- Follow DOT and company regulations/safety standards
- Inspecting and operating the delivery vehicle
- Material and tool delivery to our job sites
- Order pulling, truck loading and unloading, packaging, shipping, receiving and material handling
- Maintain and organize all delivery paperwork and deliver it to the proper personnel at the end of each shift
- Operate pallet jack and/or forklift in a safe and responsible manner
- Communicate with job site foremen to ensure efficient transportation
- Communicate with the superintendent to receive direction on schedule changes
- CDL License
- Must have a current, valid driver’s license and pass PCG’s MVR (motor vehicle report)
- Experience using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts a plus
- Some overtime may be required
- Candidate should be dependable, hardworking, and an effective communicator
- Must be able to perform regular heavy lifting when handling materials
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prolonged periods standing and working outside
- Physically capable of performing assigned tasks
- Must be able to lift 70 pounds at a time
