• Cost Accounting experience
• Consolidation & Intercompany Cross Selling Experience
• Tech & Data savvy – Power BI, Power Queries, Hyperion, One Stream, etc.
• Experience putting reports together & not afraid of complex spreadsheets
• Manufacturing background
• GAAP knowledge
• Excel – pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, what‑if statements
• Audit experience
• Strong communication skills and polished culture fit
