Sales & Administrative Assistant - Smyrna, TN

Salary: $48K – $50K

Job Title: Sales & Administrative Assistant

Department: Sales & Administration

Schedule: Monday-Friday (100% Onsite)

Primary Duties
  • Sales & Marketing Administration
    • Obtains quotes from DGT and domestic vendors
    • Prepares customer quotes for parts and products
    • Processes customer purchase orders
    • Prepares DGT and domestic vendor purchase orders
    • Responds to customer inquiries regarding PO and shipping status
    • Resolves customer complaints or directs them to appropriate associates
    • Supports marketing administration duties, including trade shows, website, advertisement, brochures, and social media
    • Supports related database and document updates
  • Office Administration
    • Orders and maintains office supplies
    • Manages facility/equipment contracts and maintenance
    • Verifies invoices for facility expenses and forwards them to Accounts Payable
    • Arranges travel schedules and reservations for visitors
    • Manages outbound shipment and mailing
    • Organizes office events and catering
    • Supports housing arrangements for expats along with other related duties
    • Supports corporate administrative duties, including liability insurance, corporate fleets, cell phones, legal documentation, IT projects, and other miscellaneous duties
    • Supports HR-related duties, including attendance, expat visa process, training, benefits, performance evaluation, and company policies
    • Organizes and maintains file system
    • Supports miscellaneous office administration duties
Requirements
  • Minimum of high school diploma with 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Multi-tasking skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and professional mannerism
  • Inside sales or marketing experience preferred but not required
  • No remote work
