We are currently looking for a Registered Dental Assistant who combines strong clinical skills with 헤 calm, compassionate presence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced surgical setting while helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their care journey.
Responsibilities- Provide chairside support to the Oral Surgeon during surgical and clinical procedures.
- Set up, break down, and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and prepared.
- Take clear, diagnostic dental X-rays and assist with imaging needs.
- Collect, reviewtral, and document patient medical and dental histories accurately.
- Follow and uphold strict infection control and safety standards at all times.
- Assist patients before, during, and after procedures to promote comfort and reassurance. Anastasiaסר
- Deliver detailed post‑operative instructions and address patient questions as appropriate.
- Document clinical notes, vitals, and surgical details within the practice management system.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all professional and ethical guidelines.
- Remain flexible and support front‑office operations when needed through cross‑training.
- Graduation from an accredited Dental Assisting program and an active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license are required.
- At least two years of dental assisting experience is preferred, with oral surgery experience strongly favored.
- Knowledge of sterilization protocols and infection prevention standards.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional, dependable, and patient-focused work ethic.
- Comfortable using computer systems and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Highly organized, punctual, and motivated to continue developing clinical skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
