Daycare Teacher – Concrete Christian Academy

Concrete Christian Academy seeks an experienced and passionate early childhood educator to nurture children ages 6 weeks to 5 years in faith, knowledge, and joy. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to create a warm, inviting, and stimulating environment that supports both spiritual and developmental growth.

• Demonstrate flexibility by working with various age groups and adapting to diverse classroom needs.
• Bring creativity, energy, and enthusiasm to engaging, hands‑on learning experiences.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and Christ‑centered environment where every child feels loved and valued.
• Plan, implement, and assess developmentally appropriate lessons and activities.
• Observe, document, and communicate each child’s progress with parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a unified, supportive learning community.
• Maintain classroom materials and spaces that are safe, clean, and well‑organized.
• Uphold all state licensing standards and the policies and procedures of Concrete Christian Academy.

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in early childhood education or a licensed child‑care setting.
• Alignment with the mission, statement of faith, and values of Concrete Christian Academy.
• Professional, dependable, and organized team player with strong communication skills.
• Commitment to guiding young children in their spiritual and academic development.
