As a Senior MES Engineer at EOSYS, you will be working with a small, multi-disciplinary team to develop solutions for our manufacturing clients. Applications range from OEE applications to full-scale MES/MOM applications across multiple facilities. The EOSYS Digital Transformation team focuses primarily in the food & beverage and automotive industries. EOSYS is a Gold Certified partner of Parsec Automation, and we are rapidly growing our TrakSYS customer base.

Projects typically range from a few weeks up to 6 months. On some projects, you will also be part of the project commissioning team that goes onsite to the client, allowing you to see the “fruits of your labor” while gaining exposure to unique manufacturing environments such as robotics, automotive assembly, hummus packaging, and whiskey production. Based on your capabilities and interest, there will be opportunities to learn new skills and technologies as well as advance within the company.

• BS in Computer Science or Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Mechanical)
• 10+ years’ experience configuring and developing MES applications
• Experience programming in C#, .NET and Java Script
• Experience with T-SQL

• Experience with Parsec TrakSYS or AVEVA MES
• Experience with OPC UA
• Experience with 3rd party web controls (Dev Extreme or equivalent)
• Basic knowledge of PLC tag structures and communications
• Familiarity with working in a manufacturing environment

• The work environment for this job is a combination of office and industrial setting.
• Sitting at a desk or console for extended periods
• Must be able to be fitted for Personal Protective Equipment for certain customers
• Standing and walking on a concrete surface for extended periods
• Kneeling periodically on concrete or padded surfaces
• Lifting and carrying 25 lbs. or more
• Walking/working in mezzanine areas (20 – 25 ft. high, wire mesh floor)
• Climbing a ladder or metal stairs to access mezzanine areas
• Work in wash-down locations with wet/slippery floors
• Must be able to work extended hours when needed and able to work at night or non-traditional shifts as needed
• Must be available to work on Saturday and Sunday as needed
