• Conduct process improvement studies and activities using IE tools and procedures to ensure manufacturing jobs have efficient process flow and no quality or safety concerns.
• Study Global Operation Sheets to understand the proper installation process for parts and develop standard times based on drawings. Identify improvements for part installation, work with Process Engineering to confirm the new process meets standard requirements, and assist in any trials needed.
• Meet and communicate regularly with manufacturing teams to discuss any concerns related to staffing, process improvements, line speed adjustments, quality, safety, and material flow.
• Conduct capacity studies on equipment throughout the assigned area and communicate findings with the Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Process Engineering teams.

• Three to five years of related professional experience.
• A four‑year degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Engineering Technology.

Location:

Smyrna, TN. Salary range: $65,000–$70,000. Nashville Metropolitan Area salary range: $95,000–$105,000 (depending on experience). Site is 100% onsite.
