The Physical Therapists at Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance provide personalized care for patients experiencing joint pain, postoperative rehabilitation, or any level of physical activity. They work in a collaborative environment with therapists, technicians, schedulers, and managers.

• Play a pivotal role in the creation and execution of an individualized care plan for each patient, aligning provider expectations with patient needs.
• Provide each patient with a personalized treatment plan and educate them on the root causes of their pain, mobility improvement, and injury prevention.
• Effectively deliver the individualized patient care plan with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on outcomes.
• Collaborate with other TOA departments, including clinic operations, ancillary services, and the extended therapy team.
• Maintain and provide all documentation for therapy treatment, utilizing TOA’s EHR/EMR systems.
• Strive for and achieve individual and organizational performance objectives in terms of patient outcomes, satisfaction, and productivity goals.

• Passion and demonstrated success in delivering exceptional therapy care.
• Demonstrated success in working with physicians, therapy colleagues, and patients to build effective treatment plans.
• Ability to work with diverse patient demographics, including adults, athletes, adolescents, and geriatrics.
• Teamwork skills, willing to pitch in to help other therapists, technicians, or colleagues as needed.
• Certification and licensure from the State of Tennessee, or the ability to obtain appropriate licensure within a reasonable timeframe if a recent graduate.
