The Health Navigator coordinates with hospital systems and other community partners to build professional relationships and reduce barriers for potential clients. The Health Navigator engages difficult‑to‑reach individuals and potential new members by contacting potential Tennessee Health Link (THL) clients and educating them on how the service could address their unique needs.

• Competitive pay $18.27 per hour

• Bachelor’s Degree (Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, Child & Family Studies, or Human Development) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
• Experience working in the healthcare industry. Background in marketing, sales, or public relations is a plus.
