Front Desk Receptionist

Our high-volume, fast-paced OBGYN office is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy medical environment, and is interested in building a long-term career in healthcare
.

• 3 Physicians and 5 Nurse Practitioners
• High-volume OBGYN practice
• Greenway EMR system
• Small business with a strong, team-oriented culture

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Answer phones and manage scheduling efficiently
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate clearly with patients and staff
• Maintain accurate patient information in the EMR
• Support front office operations as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Friendly, professional, and reliable demeanor
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Healthcare or OBGYN experience preferred
• EMR experience (Greenway is a plus)

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Paid holidays
• 80 hours of PTO (accrued)
