Launch Your Career, Drive Innovation  We are currently looking for a Cyber Security Intern to join our team in Smyrna, TN. This internship offers an opportunity to work within Cyber Security with a focus on Operational Technology (OT) devices that support Nissan's manufacturing environment. The intern will gain hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools, threat monitoring, vulnerability management, and network security practices while helping protect critical manufacturing operations.

This role provides exposure to real-world cybersecurity challenges within a highly automated manufacturing environment.  
** A Day in the Life:
*** Support vulnerability management activities using tools such as Tenable.

* Assist with endpoint detection, monitoring, and response efforts utilizing Sentinel One.
* Analyze network architecture and security risks using Red Seal and other cybersecurity platforms.
* Support Security Operations Center (SOC) investigations and cybersecurity event analysis.
* Collaborate with cybersecurity and manufacturing teams to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks within Operational Technology environments.  
** Who We're Looking For:

* Required:

*** Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Cyber Security or a related field.
* Students entering their Junior or Senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
* Knowledge of vulnerability analysis and cybersecurity risk assessment methodologies.
* Familiarity with network analysis concepts and cybersecurity monitoring tools.
* Understanding of endpoint detection and response (EDR) technologies.
* Interest in ethical hacking, threat detection, and cybersecurity best practices.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively and work collaboratively within a team environment.
* GPA of 3.0 or above (Candidates will be required to provide an official or unofficial transcript during the application process for verification.)
* Ability to perform work onsite at Smyrna, TN.
