Department Manager

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Operations Manager who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast‑paced Entertainment Center. The Operations Manager will lead and manage a team while overseeing daily operations across our three businesses: food & beverage, bowling, and arcade. The role supports the GM and AGM in staffing and training, ensuring exceptional service and guest experience across all areas of service.

• 1‑2 years of management experience
• Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is a plus
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Create an exciting and fun atmosphere to ensure great experiences for guests and team members
• Assist in hiring, training, coaching, developing, scheduling, and evaluating team members
• Adhere to core standards, HR policies, training, and safety requirements
• Drive best practices and lead process improvement initiatives
• Address service or customer issues of an operational nature
