This leadership position is accountable for the end-to-end execution of a multi-site supply chain operation. The role provides strategic and day‑day leadership across operational performance, safety, financial results, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and team development. Success in this role requires a hands‑on, visible leader who can balance operational rigor with people‑first leadership.

• Location: On-site position;
  Smyrna, TN
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Travel: Approximately 25%
• Compensation: Competitive base salary in the range of $120,000–$150,000
  , plus eligibility for a performance-based incentive program

• Provide overall leadership and direction for warehousing, distribution, packaging, and transportation activities across multiple operations.
• Drive operational execution aligned with business objectives and customer service commitments.
• Establish and execute near‑term and long‑range operational plans that support growth, efficiency, and service excellence.
• Maintain full ownership of site‑level financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L accountability.
• Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring adherence to all safety standards, programs, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, customer‑specific requirements, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Lead workforce planning efforts, including staffing models, labor optimization, overtime management, and retention strategies.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction, and process standardization.
• Analyze operational KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Prepare and deliver operational, financial, and performance reporting on a weekly and monthly cadence.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers through consistent service delivery and proactive communication.
• Develop, coach, and engage leadership teams and associates to support performance, accountability, and career growth.
