• Sets up and calibrates machinery and equipment according to production specifications.
• Adjusts machine settings, parameters, and controls to optimize production efficiency and meet targets.
• Performs routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting machinery.
• Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions, identifies root causes, and implements corrective actions.
• Records production data, including settings, material usage, output, downtime, and quality control results.
• Follows safety protocols, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborates with team members, supervisors, and other departments to coordinate schedules and address issues.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Technical knowledge of machinery and equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Basic computer skills for operating control systems.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of related machine setup operation or hands‑on mechanical experience required.

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and reaching with hands and arms.
• May occasionally climb stairs, drive forklifts, and operate equipment.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
