**** Position is on 3rd Shift (Sunday Night - Friday Morning; 10PM - 6:30AM, and every third Weekend)
****** What You Will Do
*** You will troubleshoot injection molding process related issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
* You will operate and maintain injection molding process equipment
* You will operate overhead crane
* You will maintain injection process standards
* You will collaborate with the injection team to identify and implement improvements related to TRP, cycle time, and scrap.
* You have the ability to start a robot
** What You Should Have
*** You have a high school diploma / GED
* You have 2+ years of experience with new mold set-up and process plastic injection mold machines
* You have 2+ years of experience with the identification of injection plastic defects after the manufacturing process
