What You'll Do- Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Perform minor machine adjustments and report equipment issues as needed
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products
- Package finished goods and prepare them for shipment
- Accurately complete production paperwork, monitoring logs, and reports
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Meet daily production and performance goals
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience required
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work in a steady-paced manufacturing environment
- Industrial manufacturing facility
- Exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift
Competitive pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
