Ideal Tridon is seeking a Floop Operator for the 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:30am) at the Smyrna, TN plant. The role involves operating machines, loading coils, and performing quality checks in a manufacturing setting that may be loud and dusty. Overtime and weekends may be required.
Responsibilities include assembling parts, operating welders, restocking with a forklift/overhead crane, and ensuring product quality and process continuity while following safety procedures.
