Tri Star Stone Crest proudly serves Rutherford County, Tennessee. Our 100‑bed hospital offers complete medical care for adults and children, including emergency and surgical services. The medical staff includes approximately 500 physicians across 45+ specialties.

• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions while maintaining accurate and detailed records.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess the patient’s condition.
• Demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages served.
• Promote hospital customer service initiatives.
• Utilize the nursing process for individualized care to meet patient needs.
• Perform technical skills and procedures.

• Current RN licensure by TN Board of Nursing or a board of nursing from a compact state.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• ACLS and PALS certification within 1 year of employment.
• CPI certification within 6 months of employment.
