Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our night-shift clinical team.
As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care in a supportive rehabilitation and long-term care environment. The ideal candidate is committed to resident-centered care, communicates effectively, and works well as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with residents' care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate clinical team members
- Accurately document medications, treatments, observations, and resident responses
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and members of the interdisciplinary team
- Supervise and provide guidance to Certified Nursing Assistants as assigned
- Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures
- Maintain residents' dignity, privacy, comfort, and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable nursing regulations
- Respond appropriately to resident needs and clinical emergencies
- Participate in care planning, shift reports, and quality-improvement initiatives
- Perform other nursing duties as assigned
- Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of employment
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain it, as required
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Dependable, professional, and committed to teamwork
- Availability to work the 6:00 p.m.
-6:00 a.m. night shift - Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Up to $34 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and other applicable factors
