** Rotating shifts with 4 weekend shifts per month; 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
** Highlights:** - 9-bed Labor & Delivery unit with 3 swing rooms, 2 ORs, and 3-bed obstetrics emergency department supporting comprehensive maternal care- 24/7 collaborative team model featuring in-house midwives, dedicated CRNA coverage, and OBGYN on-call support- Advanced procedures including circulating in OR, intrauterine pressure catheter (IUPC) placement, fetal scalp electrode (FSE), magnesium sulfate administration, postpartum hemorrhage management with JADA system, and nitrous oxide- Award-winning unit: HCA Unit of Distinction 2021;

TIPQC Pilot Hospital for NTSV and Team Birth initiatives- Documentation systems: CPN and Meditech- Level 2 NICU with 8 beds and dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner coverage 24/7; NNP available for high-risk deliveries
** Requirements:** - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Fetal monitoring certification
- Labor & Delivery nursing experience preferred- STABLE certification helpful;
Spinning Babies training a plus
