Scoop cake batter into cake pans, flip baked cakes into containers, and wrap large cakes to prepare for frosting;
Take empty cake pans to Utility for washing;
Make cake frosting when amount goes below par level;
Frost all cakes for same-day and next-day orders;
Ensure that cakes of the highest quality are consistently created for guests and contribute to superior service by meeting production demands;
Give cake presentations.
