Food and Beverage, Food Service, Starbucks, Deli, Bakery (T2360) role rting hourly rate: $16.00 USD per hour.

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operations.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of Food & Beverage Standards.
• Execute Food & Beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, shelf replenishment, in-store routines, data accuracy, rotation, cleaning, signing and organizing and storing reserve product.
• Follow all food safety requirements per Target policies and procedures.
• Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales.
• Work with vendors to plan and maintain merchandise displays and backroom organization.
• Identify damaged, recalled or expired items and process according to Target policies.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve experience.
• Comply with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws as applicable.
• Care for in-store and personal protective equipment; follow equipment control guidelines.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance at all times.
• Work safely; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive-up while ensuring compliance with laws.
• Welcome guests and assist with their needs during daily tasks.
• Thank guests for shopping at Target.
• Other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Must be at least 18 years of age (Bakery Only).
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong guest service orientation and ability to resolve questions quickly.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within time frames.

• Physically able to climb ladders, lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Ability to work in temperature ranges from 34°F to
  -10°F as needed and in spaces where allergens may be present.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing duties such as Drive-Up and carryout.
• Ability to stay mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
