Retail Supervisor – PM and Weekends

We are looking for a part‑time Retail Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and deliver excellent customer service during after‑hours and weekends. If you have at least two years of supervisory experience, enjoy fast‑paced environments, and have open evenings & weekend availability, this role may be a fit.

• Supervise store staff, open/close the store, and act as keyholder & supervisor on duty.
• Train and mentor associates, ensuring high standards for merchandising, cleanliness, and store appearance.
• Oversee cash management: counts, deposits, cash drops, petty cash reconciliation.
• Build teamwork atmosphere, address concerns fairly, and maintain a solutions‑based focus.
• Greet customers, meet their needs with enthusiasm and ensure satisfaction.
• Support management for sales floor, cashiers and select administrative functions.
• Ensure company records are completed, organized, retained and safeguarded per policy and laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Above average written & oral communication skills.
• Effective communication in English with customers and team.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Pass drug & background checks.
• Open availability evenings & weekends with limited scheduling restrictions.

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs, push/pull up to 100 lbs, lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.
• Stand, sit, crouch, reach throughout day. Constant use of hands to grasp required.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
