Location: Smyrna, TN (Onsite Mon–Thu; Fri optional WFH after you get settled)
Hours: 09:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. CT (Part-time to start; path to full-time based on performance)
Compensation: Competitive hourly ($18-$20) + Commission

We’re looking for an ambitious, Inside Sales Rep to join our outbound team and help drive business with energetic, consistent outreach.
Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Rep, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective manufacturer customers. You’ll learn to run outreach, hold confident conversations, educate clients of our services, and book qualified opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Research & Prospect: Identify target manufacturers and build clean lead lists.
- Outbound Outreach: Make professional, educated calls, texts, and emails to introduce DMW’s expedited solutions.
- Qualify: Uncover needs, confirm fit, and follow up on warm opportunities.
- Follow-Up & Track: Maintain organized notes and next steps in the CRM; keep activity high and focused.
- Customer Care: Communicate clearly, set expectations, and represent the DMW brand with professionalism.
You Are
- A recent graduate or near-graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Marketing, Communications, or any applicable major.
- A clear, confident communicator—polished on the phone and in writing.
- Competitive and goal-oriented with high energy and a positive attitude.
- Organized and reliable—you follow through and manage details well.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn CRMs and basic sales tools.
- Coachable—open to feedback and eager to grow in logistics and sales.
