Our client, a multinational leader in end-to-end supply chain solutions, is seeking high-potential Junior AEs for an intensive sales training program based fully onsite in Smyrna, TN. This role is designed to build foundational sales skills that will last your entire career.

• $15,000 OTE
• Structured sales methodology training (prospecting, cold calling, email outreach).
• A dedicated mentor and clear promotion path to closing roles.

• Location: Smyrna, TN (Fully Onsite).
• Transportation: A personal car is required for daily travel to the office.
• Focus: Your primary goal will be pipeline generation, uncovering needs, and articulating the value of our client's complex, global services (e.g., fulfillment, reverse logistics, e-commerce solutions).
