• Greet prospects, conduct tours, and close leases
• Prepare lease paperwork and collect deposits
• Maintain resident and leasing files
• Market the community via social media and outreach
• Ensure model units and amenities are tour‑ready
• Respond to resident needs with professionalism and urgency
• Adhere to Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA standards

• Leasing experience required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Entrata a plus
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs
• Saturday availability required
