As a Licensed Flex Security Officer at Clarion Security, you will be responsible for the security and safety of our client's property and personnel. You will be familiar with all site‑specific policies and procedures, remain attentive and alert, record and report incidents, and participate in the client's emergency response procedures as appropriate while providing superior customer service.

Pay Rate: $18.54 per hour

• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment and interact with customers, clients, and visitors.
• Valid guard card/license as required by the state.
• Successful completion of a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Driving positions: valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely operate a required vehicle.
• Basic computer skills to operate innovative technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
• Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat.
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
• Occasionally climb stairs, ramps, or ladders during a shift.
• Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
