1-Tom-Plumber is a fast‑growing emergency plumbing start‑up that provides services to both commercial and residential properties. The Plumber/Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the territory.

We are looking for a service plumber of any experience level. However, compensation will vary depending on experience.

1 Tom Plumber is searching for a self‑motivated Service Plumber to join our team of specialists. Must provide excellent customer service and deliver exceptional quality work. The ideal candidate is a team player who can work independently. Must have energy around startup operations and comfort with rapid change and growth. • When given state‑of‑the‑art equipment, able to consistently generate a minimum of $25,000 in revenue and perform excellent work.
• Able to perform daily responsibilities listed below.
• Must be a team player.

• High school diploma, valid driver license, pass drug screen.
• Sound judgement and critical thinking.
• Maintain consistent communication with dispatch.
• Candidates are required to pass a drug test and criminal background check.

• Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and rapidly respond to customer’s plumbing emergencies.

• Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites.
• Perform installation of plumbing systems at newly renovated properties.
• Inspect previously installed systems and perform any necessary repairs.
• Communicate effectively with customers to represent the 1 Tom Plumber image with pride.
• Provide information regarding plumbing system upkeep as needed.
• Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites.
• Properly clean and maintain company provided equipment and vehicle.

Full‑time. Pay: $80,000.00 – $ per year.

• Monday to Friday 8am‑5pm.
• On call schedule scheduled a month in advance—No surprise on call.

• Bonus opportunities like no other place.
