- You will help customers with various plumbing needs, from installations to repairs. This could range from installing basic fixtures to replacing a home's or business main line.
Note:
Complex troubleshooting is often involved so experience as a master plumber is a must! - Your license will be tied to the operations of this Mr. Rooter location. This means you would be the face of our Mr. Rooter Plumbing location, interacting with our customers, local city and government and by providing guidance to the up-and-coming interns and journeymen plumbers. This means job security for you and the ability to operate like an owner/manager, without the investments needed to start a business.
- You ensure the safety of both yourself and the people you serve, leaving the worksites safer than when you first walked in. You ll identify and present opportunities and solutions to the customer to ensure the safety of their family and property.
- High Quality of Work – The work needs to be done correctly, the first time. You’ll know the job was done right by paying attention to detail, inspecting and properly diagnosing plumbing concerns, and delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Top-Notch Customer Satisfaction – You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering an amazing customer experience. Earn the trust of the customer by showing confidence as our master plumber and providing customized recommendations and job oversight.
- Efficiency – To succeed in this role, you must do the job well and promptly. You must meet the needs of our customers so we can run a healthy business that takes care of our team. Additionally, as master plumber, you must help us in nurturing a positive and friendly work environment, by providing coaching as needed and by championing our growth strategies.

- Provide project management oversight as required by state and county require.
- Ensure Safety Standards are met by implementing and enforcing safety protocols.
- Provide an element of quality control by routinely inspecting the work of plumber and supporting staff to ensure it meets regulatory standards.
- Minimum 2 years of prior professional-level plumbing experience.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations as well as national and company plumbing standards. - Communication:
