Fast‑growing emergency plumbing start‑up serving commercial and residential properties. We seek motivated technicians ready to deliver exceptional customer service and quality work.

Full‑time, hybrid remote (Smyrna, TN) with Monday‑Friday core hours and rotating on‑call shift. Salary $80,000‑$140,000 plus performance bonuses. Training paid; company supplies vehicle, tools, and uniforms.

• Maintain consistent communication with dispatch.
• Provide excellent customer service and quality work.
• Clean and maintain equipment and vehicle.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and respond rapidly to plumbing emergencies.
• Represent the 1‑Tom‑Plumber image with pride.
• Keep detailed reports of work completed at job sites.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required).
• At least 1 year of service plumbing experience (required).
• Ability to generate a minimum of $25,000 in revenue when provided state‑of‑the‑art equipment.
• Strong judgment, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
