Essential

Functions

• Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites
• Perform installation of plumbing systems at newly renovated properties
• Inspect previously installed systems and perform any necessary repairs
• Communicate effectively with customers to represent the 1 Tom Plumber image with pride
• Provide information regarding plumbing system upkeep as needed
• Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites
• Properly clean and maintain company provided equipment and vehicle

Schedule and Compensation

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00am–5:00pm working from our Smyrna location. Plumbers are also tasked with a rotating on‑call shift. Total compensation between $80,000-$140,000 depending upon experience. NO CAP BONUS PLAN
- Top plumbers are making over $ total compensation per year.

Service Plumber Description

1‑Tom‑Plumber is a fast‑growing emergency plumbing start‑up that provides services to both commercial and residential properties. The Plumber/Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the territory. We are looking for a service plumber of any experience level. However, compensation will vary depending on experience.

Qualifications

• When given state‑of‑the‑art equipment, able to consistently generate a minimum of $25,000 in revenue and perform excellent work.
• Able to perform daily responsibilities listed below
• Must be a team player

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent communication with dispatch
• Perform excellent customer service
• Perform excellent quality work
• Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle
• Participate in on‑call rotation and rapidly respond to customer’s plumbing emergencies
• Most importantly, be the team member everyone wants to work with!

Requirements

• High school diploma, Valid Driver License, Pass drug screen
• Sound judgement and critical thinking
• Maintain consistent communication with dispatch
• Candidate is required to pass a drug test and criminal background check
