1 Tom Plumber is searching for a self-motivated Service Plumber to join our team of specialists. Must provide excellent customer service and deliver exceptional quality work. The ideal candidate is a team player who can work independently. Must have energy around startup operations and comfort with rapid change and growth.

• Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites
• Perform installation of plumbing systems at newly renovated properties
• Inspect previously installed systems and perform any necessary repairs
• Communicate effectively with customers to represent the 1 Tom Plumber image with pride
• Provide information regarding plumbing system upkeep as needed
• Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites
• Properly clean and maintain company provided equipment and vehicle

Are you ready to become a professional plumbing service technician?

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am–5:00 pm working from our Smyrna location. Plumbers are also tasked with a rotating on‑call shift.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8am‑5pm. On call schedule is scheduled a month in advance—No surprise on‑call.

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Service Plumber Technician: 1 year (Required)

• Driver's License (Required)

Hybrid remote in Smyrna, TN 37167

• When given state‑of‑the‑art equipment, able to consistently generate a minimum of $25,000 in revenue and perform excellent work.
• Able to perform daily responsibilities listed below

• Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle
• Participate in on‑call rotation and rapidly respond to customer’s plumbing emergencies

• High school diploma, Valid Driver License, Pass drug screen
• Sound judgement and critical thinking
• Maintain consistent communication with dispatch
• Candidates are required to pass a drug test and criminal background check
