Licensed Master Plumber - W2, Paid Training!
As a Master Plumber on our Nashville team, you will join us on our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home™ by supporting our Installation teams in delivering five‑star shower installation and bath remodel experiences to our customers. You will report directly to our General Manager and work closely with our Installation Manager, Lead Installers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals.

- Serve as the branch subject‑matter expert for all plumbing‑related operations
- Balance your schedule between office (~30%) and field work (~70%)
- Review upcoming jobs with the Installation Manager and obtain applicable permits
- Schedule rough‑in inspections and facilitate pre‑installation and on‑site final inspections
- Respond to service calls and assist Installers with plumbing questions via phone or site visits
- Act as primary backup to the Installation Manager and aid with scheduling installations, completing pre‑install inspections, and ordering products
- Active Tennessee CMC‑A Master Plumber License in good standing
- Passion for using plumbing expertise to develop skills of others
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid Driver’s License
- Smartphone or smart device for logging into company systems using two‑factor authentication
