Hires, Inc. is seeking a wastewater field technician to operate, service, and repair pumps, motors, valves, and other wastewater assets on outdoor sites across Middle Tennessee. You will troubleshoot malfunctions, perform 811 locates, inspect tanks, and monitor meters to keep systems in balance.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, and a customer‑oriented communication style. Safety training and a company vehicle are provided.
