• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment
• Identify service problems, collect data, and determine appropriate repairs
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding equipment issues and service recommendations
• Complete service documentation using electronic dispatch software
• Coordinate with the Parts and Service Departments to ensure parts availability and follow-up service
• Maintain truck stock inventory
• Communicate with equipment manufacturers for diagnostic support and parts identification
• Follow all safety procedures and accident prevention practices
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
• Maintain productivity standards

• 2+ years experience in commercial food equipment repair or a related field
• 2+ years experience in commercial refrigeration
• Experience with gas, electric, plumbing, or steam equipment preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license with insurable record
• Ability to pass drug screen
• Must own standard industry hand tools

• High school diploma or equivalent
• EPA certification required
• CFESA certification preferred

• Lift and carry 50-75 lbs
• Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching
• Ability to work on rooftops and ladders
• Safe use of hand tools and diagnostic equipment
• Daily travel to customer locations
• Work in commercial kitchens and mechanical spaces, potential rooftops
• Exposure to high temperatures, grease, and mechanical equipment
