The starting annual salary for this position is $.

Depending on your prior work experience and other factors, you could be eligible to receive additional pay overrides to your annual salary. These include a $25,000.00 check pilot override, $10,000.00 AR/GUS override, and a $7,500.00 in-base override. Specific information regarding these overrides are outlined in the Scheduled Pilot Work Rules which will be provided to you during the onboarding process should you be selected for employment.

You are eligible to receive a retention incentive of $10,000.00 after completing 24 months of active service and then an additional $10,000.00 retention incentive every 12 active months after that.

Based on your schedule and if certain thresholds are met, you are eligible to reach pay incentives for additional trips worked or assigned that are paid in addition to your monthly salary. Specific information regarding these pay incentives are outlined in the Scheduled Pilot Work Rules which will be provided to you during the onboarding process should you be selected for employment.
