Warehouse Associate – PDI – Kitchen, Bath, & Lighting

Function: You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products, maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment, ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting the overall operations of the supply chain.

• Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips, unload deliveries, and transport items to designated areas.
• Stock and receive products according to established procedures, using appropriate storage methods to maximize space.
• Retrieve items from inventory based on customer orders, ensure accurate picking with RF scanners, and pack items securely for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently, perform routine maintenance checks, and report malfunctions.
• Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies, report issues to management, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization, sweep floors, remove debris, and dispose of packing materials in designated areas.
• Follow safety protocols, wear appropriate PPE, and adhere to hazardous material handling procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in warehouse operations is a plus.
• Prior warehouse experience, preferably in the plumbing, lighting, or appliance supply industry.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting, labeling, and sorting.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld barcode scanners.
• Valid driver's license and forklift certification may be required depending on duties.
