Stichting Philadelphia Zorg in Sneek zoekt een Coördinerend Begeleider voor een nieuwe Zorg Onderwijs groep. In deze rol ontwikkel je samen met collega's een innovatief zorg- en onderwijsconcept voor kinderen die extra ondersteuning nodig hebben.
Je begeleidt kinderen met complexe ondersteuningsvragen en werkt nauw samen met onderwijsprofessionals. Deze functie biedt de kans om vanaf het begin bij te dragen aan een vernieuwende vorm van onderwijszorg.
