Je adviseert patiënten en zorgprofessionals en voert medicatie uit volgens protocols. Je maakt deel uit van een deskundig FPZ-team met aandacht voor kwaliteit en samenwerking, inclusief weekenddiensten en bereikbaarheidsdiensten.
