Stichting Philadelphia Zorg zoekt een betrokken Begeleider voor het logeerhuis in Sneek. Je werkt in het weekend 8–10 uur en draagt bij aan een veilig, warm en plezierig logeerweekend voor kinderen en jongeren met een ontwikkelingsachterstand tot en met een ernstige verstandelijke beperking.
Je biedt structuur en ADL-ondersteuning, organiseert activiteiten en rapporteert via het ECD. Een mbo-4 diploma in Zorg en Welzijn is vereist, en er is ruimte voor ontwikkeling binnen een groeiende
