We’re looking for a natural-born leader to join Domino’s Pizza as a General Manager. As the General Manager, you are the top dog who is responsible for staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, maintaining image standards, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. You are the leader who sets the example and follows all policies and procedures 100% of the time.

As the General Manager, you are the boss, the big cheese, the top dog. You are a natural‑born leader who knows how to multitask and inspire your crew. You will be working for a company that is fun and flexible, and you will use the experience you gain here for a long time to come. You will help Domino’s Pizza become the best in pizza delivery and lead a team toward outstanding goals: sell more pizzas, have more fun.

• Direct activities and perform repetitive tasks with the crew under stress while meeting strict quality control standards.
• Greet customers enthusiastically and field concerns with a smile.
• Operate, clean, and maintain all store facility and equipment.
• Prepare products to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
• Take inventory, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in or reach‑in cooler, and complete associated paperwork.
• Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously to ensure customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
• Navigate delivery areas and read maps to locate addresses within the delivery area, including multi‑story buildings and private homes.
• Calculate monetary change accurately and quickly using a calculator.
• Utilize a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot‑paddle.

• Stand on ceramic tile and linoleum surfaces; work surfaces are between 36" and 4".
• Unload bulk product deliveries (up to 50 pounds) and stack ingredients weekly.
• Crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or use stairs occasionally while performing job tasks.
• Use hand‑eye coordination for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering a pizza peel and cutter, and folding cardboard pizza boxes.

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company‑specific standards.
