Job Description

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll
  • Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
  • Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschoolers.
  • Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation; be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
  • Build relationships with families to promote achievement and support center success.
Qualifications
  • Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
  • Meeting state education requirements and childcare center standards.
  • Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
  • Minimum age 18.
