Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students.

Educator Pay Rate: $16.00-$18.00 (based on education and experience)

Program

Hours:

Monday through Friday 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Hours may vary based on assigned location)

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and promote team accountability.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities: prepare activities and curriculum aligned with program objectives; lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum that are educational and enjoyable for all ages.
• Lead by example: maintain a safe and nurturing environment and model positive guidance and effective classroom management.
• Prioritize safety and joy: monitor the environment, address hazards, and follow safety protocols, including documenting attendance and incidents.
• Communication: engage effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
• Works well in a team environment
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed
