Board Certified Behavior Analyst; BCBA

Kids Club ABA is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company that brings a wealth of experience to the field of supporting individuals with autism. We are dedicated to fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment, providing extensive training and mentoring to our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA’s) and empowering them to grow both personally and professionally. Our family‑centered approach works closely with RBTs to develop highly individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct assessments
• Provide training to parents and staff
• Collaborate with other members of the team and BCBA’s
• Maintain records and documentation
• Attend professional development activities
• Supervise RBTs
• Take on additional responsibilities and leadership roles as opportunities arise

• Master's degree in ABA or a related field
• BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification
• 2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA
• Strong understanding of ABA principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Total Compensation: $87,000 - $110,000 (base salary tiered and based on experience and competency)
• Hourly Compensation: $80 - $100
